Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Qk4 was started in 1974. The firm also maintains offices in Frankfort, Kentucky; New Albany, Indiana; Atlanta, Georgia; St. Albans, West Virginia; Bristol, Tennessee; and Ormond Beach, Florida. The firm’s staff of 100 consists of civil and structural engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, environmental specialists, land surveyors and right-of-way acquisition specialists. Our quality driven and personalized approach to each project helps ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for every client.
