Qk4â??s Board of Directors is pleased to name Taylor M. Kelly, PE, President and CEO effective July 1, 2016.
Taylor Kelly takes over the top leadership role from Glen Kelly, PE, who held those positions since 2013. Glen Kelly will remain with Qk4 as an executive vice president and senior project manager in order to, as he said, â??focus solely on delivering the toughest projects for the best clients in and around Kentucky.â?
Taylor Kelly has been with Qk4 since 2010 and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2013. He will continue to serve clients as a transportation engineer and project manager.
