Cliff Planck joins the Qk4 team in the Louisville office, bringing 22 years of experience working in the Civil Engineering industry. Cliff brings skill in drone operation, CADD Management, GIS, Surveying, Highway Design, Project Photography/Documentation, and IT Technology. Because of his wide array of skillset, he will be working in all of our departments. Cliff has worked on the Ohio River Bridges Project, I-66 from London to Somerset Project, and the I-75 Connector just to name a few. His free time is spent coaching softball and being a drone pilot.
