CADD Technician
Office Location: Georgia
Qk4 is looking for a CAD Technician to join our Transportation team in our Georgia location. If you are an experienced computer assisted design technician with related experience, this could be the career move for you!
- Assist in roadway plan design preparation, using Microstation and other design software necessary to create plans.
- Interprets instructions, specifications and other pertinent information and communicates to project manager/team.
- Perform calculations, sketches and other technical work as dictated by each project.
- Review drawings supplied by client or team members and recommend changes.
- Perform related work as required.
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Vocational computer assisted technology training preferred.
- Ability to interpret and communicate engineering plans and specifications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design and drafting, and the terms/ methods applicable in engineering procedures.
- Must be detail oriented, with proven ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation, Open Roads, and Microsoft Office Suite.
