Construction Inspector III

Qk4 seeks Construction Inspectors to work in the Louisville-Frankfort-Shepherdsville, KY area.

Key Job Responsibilities

View roadway and/or bridge construction projects and verify build according to plans.
Monitor, inspect and record progress on transportation construction projects.
Complete applicable reports.
Perform sample materials testing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
ACI Level I, Aggregate Sampling Technician, Asphalt Field Technician or Asphalt Paving Best Practices, Structural Inspection Level I, and KEPSC-RI certifications or the ability to obtain.
Previous experience with the KY Transportation Cabinet is preferred.
