Qk4 is looking for a Market Leader to oversee business development and lead client relations in the state of Indiana. Any excellent opportunity for an established Transportation engineering project manager who enjoys client engagement and business development.

How You Will Spend Your Day

Establish strong relationships with current and potential clients, partners, and others. Identifies and expands business development opportunities.
Secures contracts to achieve growth in the defined markets.
Leads proposal development by working with project managers to identify scope, schedule, and budget.
Communicates with project teams to assure progress and client satisfaction.
Represents QK4 at various trade association and client events.

Successful Candidates Will Possess

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
Professional engineer license in Indiana.
Minimum of 10 years related transportation project management experience, INDOT project work required.
Established professional network in assigned market area.
