Key Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the marketing team activities and staff with a can-do attitude.
Manage proposal process from concept to final submission by working with proposal managers and other team members contributing to assigned effort.
Gather technical language then assemble narrative, photography, and graphic elements to shape proposals within client defined parameters.
Operate with multiple, competing deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time effectively.
Track upcoming projects (e.g., prequalification, annual resume update) then plan and assign resources accordingly.
Assign ancillary design requests including brochures, flyers, logos, promotional materials, company swag, etc. and award submittals.
Draft, design and support internal communication efforts.
Guide company website and social media channel strategy and activities.
Coordinate and maintain timely and accurate resume data for all professionals in database and the company proposal file. Develop and refine boilerplate information regularly.
Curate Qk4 media library to house photographic and videographic files to use for marketing, branding, internal communications, and client proposals/presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. Note: years of directly related experience may substitute for education.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in AEC industry
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro (a plus) software products, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Graphic design skills preferred.
Successful candidates will possess the following: excellent written/verbal communication style, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
