KY 480 also known as Cedar Grove Road will be a part of a $5.7 million project. KY 480 (Cedar Grove Road), from I-65 east to Valley View Drive is a collector of traffic from adjacent commercial and residential developments. Daily congestion on this 2-mile section of roadway highlight the need for additional capacity and safety.
“With the school over here and all the businesses along the way, this is a very important project.” said Governor Steve Beshear.
Under the City of Shepherdsville, Qk4 was responsible for: preliminary and final roadway design; structural engineering, bridge design; water line and sewer line relocation design; utilities relocation coordination; subsurface utilities engineering; right-of-way acquisition; and surveying.
