Qk4 is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer to assist our Louisville, Kentucky office in expanding its market share in the region.
- Manage existing client base and ongoing projects.
- Plan, design, and assist in the construction of Civil, Site, Water, and Wastewater projects.
- Identify available areas of growth for Qk4 in the region.
- Plan and execute marketing and business development activities.
- Work in a team environment to develop innovative and cost effective designs and solutions for our clients.
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with 10 or more years of experience.
- Experience in Kentucky and Indiana markets specializing in stormwater, stormwater utility operations and planning, and a thorough understanding of Civil Engineering as it applies to municipalities and public works.
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Kentucky (or with the ability to gain licensure within 90-days).
- The ideal candidate will have strong relationships in the industry along with the ability to lead and grow new sectors of business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in AutoCAD a plus.
- Proficient in Stormwater analysis.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
- Ability to work well with others, share workloads, and lead other team members. Facilitator of quality work product from the bridge team.
- Dedication to deadlines and superior attention to details.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
