Qk4 is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer to assist our Louisville, Kentucky office in expanding its market share in the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates must have a minimum of five years surveying experience, PLS or LSIT preferred.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCad and/or MicroStation.
Familiarity with conventional, GPS and robotic equipment, data collectors, field survey methods and techniques and automated surveying software.
Ability to work as a one-person crew utilizing robotic and GPS equipment with limited supervision.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Performance of field work on general surveying projects, as needed.
Accurately perform vertical and horizontal control surveys and required calculations.
Processing, review and quality control of field data.
Deed and records research, deed plotting and map checks.
Creation of CAD drawing files.
All other responsibilities that may be necessary to fulfill the duties associated with the position.
