Project Description

The Vining

Jefferson County, Kentucky

The Vinings BeforeThe Vinings After

This project for the Jefferson Development Group converted a dated office-only development into a modern, urban mixed-use development. Our role was to analyze current and future traffic conditions and propose mitigation to reduce congestion and air pollution.

We performed a traffic impact study and air quality analysis to obtain the City of Hurstbourne and Louisville Metro approval for a proposed redevelopment of the Williamsburg Office Park along Hurstbourne Lane and rename it The Vining.

We studied 18 intersections within the study area and addressed all traffic-related questions and issues in this notably busy area of Louisville.
