Evan has over 12 years of Bridge Safety and Construction Inspection experience. During his career, he has planned, organized and/or performed NBI, Fracture Critical, in-depth, and special bridge inspections per the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS).
His bridge safety inspection experience has progressed from being the lead inspector in KYTC’s District 8 to program manager for KYTC’s Ohio and Big Sandy River Bridges connecting Kentucky and the neighboring states; and, most recently, Federal Highway Administration KY Division Bridge Engineer providing guidance and oversite for KYTC’s bridge programs statewide.
Evan and his wife enjoy cycling and kayaking with their two children.
