Thorough highway planning helps grow our shared economy and improve our future security, quality of life, culture, environment, history, mobility. Qk4 provides such transportation planning services for state and local governments.

For example, Qk4 is proud to have been one of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s planning consultants for over twelve continuous years. In order to meet their needs, we have adopted their values, we understand their processes, and we add value to the decision making process.

The quality of our work is dependable. On our previous eight evaluations, Qk4 has received an average of 96, which includes 5 perfect scores of 100 over 2 years in 3 Districts. Since 2002, Qk4 has been awarded six statewide planning contracts. Through these contracts, and four separate selections, we have completed 31 transportation studies/plans, in 37 counties, and have worked in all 12 Districts.
