The firm also maintains offices in Frankfort, Kentucky; New Albany, Indiana; Atlanta, Georgia; St. Albans, West Virginia and Bristol, Tennessee. The firm’s staff of 100 consists of civil and structural engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, environmental specialists and right-of-way acquisitions specialists.
