Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Qk4 was started in 1974. The firm also maintains offices in Frankfort, Kentucky; New Albany, Indiana; Atlanta, Georgia; St. Albans, West Virginia and Bristol, Tennessee. The firm’s staff of 100 consists of civil and structural engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, environmental specialists and right-of-way acquisitions specialists.

Qk4 is a multi-disciplinary firm providing transportation, water, wastewater, storm water, structural and site engineering; surveying; environmental studies; planning; architectural services; and landscape architectural services to both the public and private clients.
